Colonel General Viktor Nikolayevich Bondarev is a retired Russian military officer who was the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Aerospace Forces from 2015 to 2017. He was the former Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force before it became a branch of the Aerospace Forces, from 2012 to 2015.
