Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, also known as Abdullah bin Rashed al-Baghdadi, better known by his nom de guerre Abu Ali al-Anbari, was the governor for territories held by the Islamic State (IS) in Syria. Considered the IS second-in-command, he was viewed as a potential successor of IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
